Over the past decade, Brain Waves Development has been dedicated to igniting a passion for learning and innovation in young minds. Since our inception in 205, we have worked tirelessly to bridge the educational gap and empower the next generation of leaders in Science, Technology, Engineering, Environment, and Mathematics (STEEMI) fields.

From humble beginnings to our current reach, we have remained committed to our mission of making STEEM education accessible and fun for all. Through our various programmes, including Loxion Science Education, Climate Action and Sustainability, and Literacy initiatives, we have:

- Reached over 10,000 students through our science fairs, exhibitions, and workshops
- Established partnerships with renowned institutions and organisations, such as  I-SET UNISA and the University of Pretoria Mamelodi campus, Ranyaka, Nedbank, NECSA, SAASTA
- Fostered a community of young innovators, thinkers, and leaders who are driving positive change in their communities 

But the true measure of our impact lies in the success of our learners. We are proud to report that:

- 65% of learners who have gone through our programmes are now in university pursuing STEM-related courses, a testament to the effectiveness of our initiatives in sparking a passion for STEM education
- 40% of those learners are girls, demonstrating our commitment to promoting gender equality and empowering young women to pursue careers in STEM fields
